The list of sacred text can be helpful to clergy who would like some suggestions of text for a sermon. "Hebrew Bible" is the same as the "Old Testament" and is used to be sensitive to the fact that Judaism, as well as Christianity, recognizes it as their Bible. Again, we ask that you send us any references you may have from other religions' sacred texts such as the Book of Mormon and the Koran.
